cRIO imaging problem

Hello!

we are trying to use the new frc imaging tool in our old 8-slot cRIO but after we set our laptop ip adress to 10.11.56.6 and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 and disabling all the other internet connections and the firewall we still get this error:

the cRIO ip adress(10.11.56.2) is unreachable. Ensure that one of your computer's internet adapters is on the same subnet.

I would start by looking at post 22 of this thread:https://decibel.ni.com/content/thread/5614?start=15&tstart=0 This method has worked for several teams having similar issues with the old cRIO.

Does your ethernet adapter have multiple IP addresses assigned? What is the result of running (from a command prompt) ipconfig /all
