Question on Bag and tag, and the ability to work after.

In the statement of the "**First Rookie Alert**/what to do before your first event/What to Bring/What to do at the event" theres a statement that says we can work on thirty pounds of equipment, after our bag and tag day. We need to be clarified on the idea if we can take out our cRIO, and Switch board, off of our robot to work on a few extra motors we didn't get done?
