LabVIEW start-up questions

I recently installed LabVIEW onto a new computer to use for off-season and next year.

However, when I open LabVIEW, the start up screen whre you select the file you want to open or the template you want to start from looks very different than the one I am used to. Is this normal or am I missing an update somewhere?

Once you install the DVD from the kit, you then need to install the updates from here: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-26315
