Overview The example is to demonstrate the counting the number of pulses counted between each sample clock pulse, in addition to outputting the running count
Description: The VI would shows how to count the digital events of the pulses that happened for each clock pulse sample. This is done by using the for loop to count and yield them in the array of Bin Count while also displays the running total of the acquired counter signal
Steps to Implement or Execute Code: To implement this example:
Define the Physical Channels
Set the value of the parameters as needed
Run the VI
(Optional) Turn on the Highlight Execution to see the flow of the VI
To execute this example:
Install the required software.
Connect the DAQ hardware that supports the Counter features
Confirm the connection with the MAX with TestPanel
Open the VI and refer the Implement Steps
Requirements Software LabVIEW 2012 or compatible NI-DAQmx 9.0 or compatible
Hardware cDAQ with C series Counter Module
