Thermocouple calibration in 2700 Keithley

We are trying to use Type E thermocouples to measure temperatures between room temperature and 77 K. When we use Type K everything works fine, but with Type E we are getting false temperatures. We have induced several different voltages to check the temperature data, but the temperatures are not corresponding to the induced voltages. We believe that the calibration for Type E in our Keithley might be wrong and would like to know how to fix it. Please let us know how to go about this.

Thanks,

Anita

Have you asked Keithley? Did you notice that this boad is for NI DMM's?
