Minimum pulse width on PXI-4139 SMU

The spec for this board is 50 microsec for minimum pulse width.  Is that only for some low current application or can be achieved with higher currents (5-10A).  My load will be VCSEL type laser diode.

You should reach out to NI and request information on the NI VCSEL I-V Pulser.
