Error -88705 ,PXI 4072, is this a hardware problem.

Hi all

I have several PXI1042 systems, in one of them a 4072  card has an error, when I make "selftest" in MAX, it show me an -88705 error, message is mean that card is absent or has an error. In windows system device manager, this card seems correct.

Then I insert another card4072 in this chassis, it works, software environment is MAX3.1, DAQmx 7.3.1, DMM 2.3.1.

Finally under another software environment which is consist of "MAX 4.0,DAQmx 8.0 "I install the broken card to a PXI 1044 platform, windows find a unknow PCI device, and automatically installer can't find suitable diver, device manager show me a yellow "?" then I replace it with another 4070 card, windows verify the model correctly.

In my opinion this card has a hardware error maybe. Is there anyway to fix it? Only ship to NI?

What is the system controller in this configuration? Is it a remote controller like MXI or an embedded controller? Also what version of the NI-DMM driver was used in the second configuration, MAX 4.0,DAQmx 8.0? I would suggest contacting NI support directly to speak with an applications engineer regarding the specific error that the device returned.
