Can my PXI 4070 DMM measure capacitors and transistors?

I want to use my PXI 4070 DMM to measure capacitors, resistors, diodes, zenor diodes and transistors, is this possible.

I basically want to run an In-circuit test on a piece of electronic circuitry.

The 4072 will allow you to measure capacitance and this is not possible with the 4070.
