how to connect wires to D sub connector

we can connect the wire pulse signal into the (+) and (-) pin of any digital channel in the NI-9401. May I know how do I connect this wires to the D-Sub connector? any accessories that I need to buy?

With a female 25 pin d-sub.

 

It sounds like you have no background at all in electronics. There are lots of D-sub connector choices. You can find connectors with solder cups, connectors with pins that you crimp to wires and then insert, connectors already wired that you can strip and connect to something else, and on and on. Run down to your local Radio Shack or pick up a Newark or Allied catolog (they also have web sites).

There are some manufacturers, like Phoenix Contact, making D-Sub-connectors which can be connected solder-free (with screw terminals) to any kind of cable. You can also find break-out boards with D-sub connectors and screw terminals.
