digital output generation the program is not behaving as i expect need help

hi i am testing this attach program with my Ni-USB 6212 Module but couldnt get the output , i supplied the TTL pulse as input on digital I\O but it is not giving me the expected delayed output,can anybody tells me whats the problem with this program and why i am not getting the signal,  i am attaching the vi for some good suggestions,thanks

Hi Hussain

What is the expected behavior you are looking for? What behavior are you seeing? This VI is suppose to set the output to high if the input has been high for 3 seconds or more, then sets the output to low again if the input is low for 2 seconds or more. So just sending a short pulse as input will not achieve anything.
