What is output transistor type on NI6515 DIO

We want to repair an NI-6515 DIO board with a shorted output transistor (the help file says it's an NPN darlington) but don't have the board yet to look at.

Can anyone tell me what transistor/package is used on this board?

Any info would be much appreciated.
