Resource not found

I have built an exe file and run it on my computer that has Labview 8.0 installed, and it runs fine.  I try it on another computer that only has the run time engine installed, and I get a Resource not found error.  It has an error loading a VI "agn330xa initialize with options.vi" and therefore cannot load my program.  Any ideas?

That's an instrument driver isn't it? LabVIEW run-time is not enough. Assuming this is a GPIB instrument, you would also have to install NI-GPIB, NI-VISA as a minimum and if it's an IVI driver you need the IVI driver itself and the IVI framework.
