I plan to plug the PCI-6527 card into my computer. I have installed the labview 6i in computer(it also include the NI-DAQ6.8). After that,Do I need to install NI-DAQ6.9.1 (which accompany the PCI-6527 card) before I plug the PCI-6527 card or I have to first uninstall the NI-DAQ6.8 from labview, then install Ni-DAQ6.9.1

You do not have to install NI-DAQ 6.8. Just install NI-DAQ 6.9.1. If you had the LabVIEW installer install NI-DAQ 6.8 already, uninstall NI-DAQ 6.8 before you install 6.9.1.

After you have installed NI-DAQ 6.9.1, plug the PCI-6527 card into your computer.
