I added the card using Add New Hardware to my computer, the I/O Address looks right and is setup in Device Manager, the IRQ line is set to what the board says, but I don't know how to add it to MAX so I can use the test panels.
I would recommend starting with our Installation troubleshooter to see recommendations based on the hardware and OS you are using. Does the device have an exclamation point in the Device Manager? What version of NI-DAQ do you have installed? The PC-DIO-24/PNP is not compatible with Windows XP. You can check driver versions and OS compatibility at http://www.ni.com/support/daq/versions.htm. After the hardware shows up in the Device Manager, you should see it under Devices and Interfaces in MAX.
