What benefits do NI Tools Network providers receive?

 NI Branding

All providers with products on the NI Tools Network have access to logos and other collateral, featuring the NI and NI Tools Network brand, to use on their website and other marketing assets/activities.

NI Part Number for Sold Products & NI Seller Quota Impact

All NI Tools Network products which are sold through NI are given an NI part number. This means NI (and therefore the provider) can sell this software in any country where NI does business. NI's ordering and finance systems handle the transaction and partners are paid back quarterly for products sold through NI.  More information can be found here.

Also, NI Sellers are incentivized to sell NI Tools Network products as their full sale value counts toward seller's quotas.

NI Distribution Network

Products on the NI Tools Network are available for download worldwide, and all infrastructure is maintained by NI. Providers are able to take advantage of this download infrastructure.

Licensing and Order Fulfillment

Products on the NI Tools Network, which are sold through NI, can also take advantage of NI's licensing and order fulfillment systems. NI currently provides two licensing methods: the Third Party Licensing and Activation Toolkit (TPLAT) and NI License Manager (NILM).
