Vbscript Debugger Missing

I just went through a PC refresh and had to reinstall DIAdem. Now I cannot find Microsoft vbscript debugger to reinstall. All of the links I can find from this forum and the web all result in this message shown below. Does anyone know where I can find it or what happend to it?

We are aware of this issue and there will be an article soon with several options to get the debugger running. In the mean time, please refer to this thread to get the original version. You need to delete the .txt suffix in order to get it working.

Please let me know if you are able to get it working with that installer.

I did already try that but didn’t get it to work. I found this article and used the admin command prompt to make it work.
