Hello,
We used FlexLogger to record data from 19 channels, however our test lasted way more than expected and we ended up with a huge TDMS file (3.2 GB).
To post-process the data we use DIAdem, when we checked the data of the channels we saw that there is no data in one of the channels, no data is registered at all.
When we did the test we were watching the values coming from this particular channel in FlexLogger in the "Screen" tab. So we know we had signal from this channel and therefore we suspect there is a problem with the file or the software.
I saw a couple of posts suggesting to delete the index file a trying to open the file. I tried, it does not work...
What can I do to solve this issue and recover the data / fix the file?
Thanks for those taking the time to give advice!

Sorry to hear about your missing data! In the interest of trying to get to the bottom of this, could you please answer these questions:
- What version of FlexLogger are you using? If you're using an older version, could you update to the newest version to see how that performs for you?
- Is this reproducible? Has it happened before?
- Can you provide details about the cDAQ modules used, which channels were acquiring, the sample rates, etc. (or just attach your project if that's easier).
Thanks for any information you can provide to help us figure out what happened.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
1. I am using FlexLogger 2021 R3. Will check for updated and check how it performs in case there is a newer release.
2. This is the first time it happens to us.
3. To avoid giving you any wrong information, please see attached the files of the FlexLogger project.
