Error is on when DIAdem tried to export report as PPT file.

Hello, my customer is using 2015 64bit on Win 7 64bit.

suddenly, he can not export his report with PPT export button. 

The error like below is poped up.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

To create a PPT in DIAdem it is necessary that PowerPoint in closed. If PowerPoint is open, you get the error message shown in your post.

Thank you for your interest.

Surely I asked him to close every of PPT file. But It is still happens.

I asked him to restore DIAdem with Windows control panel, but the error still pops up.

DIAdem ship’s an example to create a PPT (“Automatically Creating a PowerPoint Presentation”). You can load this in DIAdem a run it step by step in debug mode to get a better understanding what really happens. Possibly the error message is just the end of an error chain or a sequence error.

OK I just asked him to check which syntax makes error and provide him DIAdem tutorial doc : how to debug DIAdem script step by step. I will update you as soon as I got feedback.

I got feedback from customer.

After he recovered DIAdem, there is no problem with PPT export on default path.

But when he change the path, the same problem is happened.
