Deactivate "IntroDlg" at DIAdem

I try to deactivate the intro Dialog in DIAdem via script. In the Desktop file (.DDD) I saw there is a line with "IntroDlg: 'True';".
Is there any option to set it as false by using a script?

I anyhow have a script to configure some settings in DIAdem to make sure every user has the same settings.And I want to include this one, too.
