Test - Unnecessary Class Casting

This test returns a failure if it detects the use of the To More Specific Class function with a LV Class data type wired to the middle terminal, where this construct resides directly inside an enum-driven case structure. This entire construct can be replaced with dynamic dispatch subVI calls.
