How to use real time running as soon as NI myrio power on of NI MyRio (Not connect PC)

Now, I can save data in USB flash drive but I don't know how to run real time (running as soon as NI myrio power on) of myrio save immediately data in to USB flash drive.

Please advice me.

 My project is measure acceleration from accelerometer in NI myrio.

Hey Apicha,

I don't think this is the place to post issues, this area is more for demonstrating a finished myRIO project.

In any case, you need to build your application and set it to run on startup. I cpouldn't find an NI KB which explains this, but this instructables post does a good job:
