WSN-9791 is not detected by labview

good evening everyone
I have a problem with my wsn-9791, it appears in MAX and it is connected and everything is fine. However, it is not detected by LabVIEW 2015 when I need to add 'new target and devices'
- I installed LabVIEW 2015  successfully
- I installed wireless sensor network module pioneer successfully
- I installed LabVIEW 2015 platform successfully
- I installed all drivers successfully

.

Disregard my first post. What is the order of installation that you followed? Generally it should be

LabVIEW

LabVIEW Real-time Module

LabVIEW FPGA module (optional for WSN)

CompacRIO driver

NI-WSN driver

I installed them in this order

1- Labview 2015

2- WSN module

3- labview platform

4- drivers ( which came in CD with the hardware )

5- ni-wsn 15 drivers

I wish I can solve the problem as soon as possible because I am working on my graduation project ..

Many thanks

Hi Ramo02,

I agree that it looks the order of installation was not correct. You should go:

LabVIEW

LabVIEW Real-time Module

LabVIEW FPGA module (optional for WSN)

CompacRIO driver

NI-WSN driver

As It is explained here: http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/12734/en/#toc5
