Real time video processing and streaming processed video in ELB-REV4?

I am new to this product elb-rev4, may I know is that possible to process the video. 

Can someone guide me how to do real time video processing and streaming processed video using ELB-REV4.

This device has multiple peripherals so you can easily connect the camera module to ELB-REV4 and regarding processing you can either take an open source algorithm software that can do the video processing and compile on ELB-REV4.
