Making better LabVIEW UIs/HMIs
Before you wire a block diagram, you plan the architecture—but what about the frontend? This month, Jake Hansen, a Certified LabVIEW Developer and Systems Engineer at Idaho National Lab will discuss how to storyboard user inputs early, dive into defensive UI tactics to prevent operator mistakes, and use quick visual upgrades with modern icons. You’ll walk away with a practical roadmap for creating clean, consistent, and resilient LabVIEW HMIs.
This in-person meeting is open to anyone in the Salt Lake City, Utah USA area who is interested in learning and sharing information about NI LabVIEW. Attendance at this event counts toward NI Recertification by Points. Please feel free to pass this information along to others who are interested in LabVIEW!
Be sure to register if you want lunch. Walk-ins are also welcome (lunch not guaranteed).
