LabVIEW Community Initiatives - GCentral, LabVIEW Wiki, LabVIEW community Edition...

This year is going to be an exciting year for LabVIEW enthusiasts and hobbyists that wish the could use LabVIEW.  NI is releasing the LabVIEW Community Edition, which is the full professional development version free for non-commercial, non-academic use.  Also, many communities-led (non-NI) free resources are available and community-led events are going to take place to help grow the community.  Come learn about:

 

  • How to join the beta program of the LabVIEW Community Edition with release at NIWeek in May
  • What can LV-CE can do (i.e. deploy to Raspberry Pi, Beagle Bone as targets)
  • GCentral, an initiative to help facilitate the sharing of source code packages (NIPM, VIPM, and GPM)
  • The LabVIEW Wiki, the free LabVIEW knowledge base.
  • GDevCon and GDevCon N.A., independent LabVIEW conferences
  • LAVA, the community discussion forum

This meeting is open to anyone using or interested in using NI LabVIEW.  Please RSVP to reserve your lunch.

Meet at 11:45 AM to get lunch.
