Import VLM 3.0 activity data into VLM 3.1 ?

Hello,

I have just upgraded from VLM 3.0 to VLM 3.1 mainly for the report feature. Unfortunatel, the reports i generate does not include previous activity data which was recorded by VLM 3.0.

Is there a way to import activity data from VLM 3.0 into VLM 3.1 ?

Did you follow the backup/restore process outlined here? http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370967F-01/nivlm/backup_intro/

According to the help file, the backup process should save your data, settings, and log files.

Yes, I followed the backup/restore process. The VLM configuration, licenses and permissions have been correctly imported into VLM 3.1 but when i try to generate a report, all the figures are zero.

You may want to create a service request with our applications engineer at ni.com/ask - I'm not sure what the issue is, unfortunately. If you talk to them and find out the answer, feel free to post the solution here in case others find the forum with the same issue.
