Hi,
I'm having some problems with my VirtualBench as the device is not booting properly. I left the device in Stand-By mode during the night and this morning when I tried to power it up it seems to not go out from Stand-By. The device powers up, the fan starts running loudly and no LEDs are lighted on the device (just the green LED from the ethernet port). The device remains in this state and it is not recognized by the PC (Windows 10 with NI VirtualBench 18.0).
I've tried to reboot it, and also to reset factory settings using the button on the rear panel but it does not solve the problem.
Can you give me any suggestion?
