With the controller PXIe-8880 there is no option under MAX to activate console output. Therefore no msg will be printed when you use a fonction like RT Debug string, Print debug String....
To activate the console, you have to type this line in putty
nirtcfg --set section=SYSTEMSETTINGS,token=ConsoleOut.enabled,value=True
