This is a known issue (CAR 175928). As a workaround you can reapply previous calibrations from the calibration history file, but this is a process you'll have to do whenever you launch the Workspace.
We are investigating resolving this in a future release. Since the PC Engine does not support hardware, might I ask what scalable channels you have in the PC mode?
