Just a question... the IP adress you entered is the adress of your PXI-8880 ?
The VeriStand Gateway is a software component that runs on the Host PC that enables communication with the VeriStand Engine.
So if you want to communicate with your target, just enter localhost (or leaver IP adress unwired). If Veristand is running, you can run your vi on your PC.
