Dears,
Currently working on a automotive test bench project but we run into deployment issues.Platform is a PXI NI9145 chassis with Veristand version 2023 Q3. A Beckhoff PLC is configured a slave for the PXI chassis.
We currently run into deployment issues for our Veristand project. When we try to deploy to our project to the PXI after establishing the EtherCat connection to the PLC we get below error.
Deploying our project is however possible when the PLC is not switched on, but when the PLC is switched on, the values do not arrive on the channels. We can read the variable names in the System Configuration, but deploying gives an error.
Any help is much appreciated as our delivery is blocked for 2 weeks now.
NI-Industrial Communications for EtherCat : The NI Scan Engine could not be changed to Active mode because at least one slave device failed to enter Operational state.

NI-ECAT driver is validated against NI ECAT slave (9144/9145) only and might not be fully compatible with third-party slaves. I would recommend you reach out to NI Technical Support to review the ESI file.
