Alarm settings and configure in procedure

Hi all. I have a question about to create alarms. I added alarms and configured them but one of alarm doesn't appear in alarm log file. Alarms settings are shown below.

Procedure settings of alarms shown below:

  

How can I see the all alarms in alarm log.txt file?
