Alarm Monitor Fatal Error

When I open "Alarm Monitor" from the workspace drop down menu I get the following error:

This system has been operational since 2014 and I have never had any issues with the alarm monitor tool.

Has anybody seen this or have any ideas?

Is there a way to reload the Alarm Monitor workspace tool?
