would like to know how to wr/rd reg to/from HW thru vxi-834x iinterface

Does anyone has an LabVIEW (using VISA) example the shows how to write/read to/from hardware through VXI-834x.

The VXI-834x is transparent to your computer. The examples that you will need depend on what devices you have in your VXI chassis. What devices do you have in your chassis? You should be able to recognize NI boards in MAX on your host computer. Then you will communicate with your boards directly, as if they were in your computer. I have added a link to the installation manual and the User Manual. These manual provide great information on how to setup the VXI MXI-3 system on your computer. After that just run examples sent with your device. If you have any questions please let me know.
