The sysfail light blinks at about 1/2 sec rate w/ only the MXI-VNE card plugeed into a 6u VME chassis left most slot. Why?

Mike-

Sorry for not seeing this question before. I want to answer it now if possible in case others have this situation. The short answer is that that shouldn't happen. Is it possible that the chassis itself is reporting some kind of problem? Does this problem still occur?
