VXI Module is not work on MXI-3

"Hello". VXI Module(vxi5393 synchro module, north atlantic)makes error msg "STABLE ANGLE READING TIME OUT" after reconfigure from vpc-850 to mxi-3 with external pc and PXI-VXI8340 kit, labview6, windowsXP.
MAX detects all resources(PXI, VXI modules).
Please Help!

Hello,

When you power up your system, are you making sure to power up the chassis first? When you say that MAX detects all resources, does the VXI System, Frame number, and the vxi5393 all show up? Can you communicate with your instrument at any level? Can you open a VISA session with this instrument?
