I use VXI to control CAMAC modules (through a CBD8210).
I have a CAMAC scaler (Lecroy 2551) with 24 bits channels, that I want to read from time to time.
My problem is that I can't read these channels : it seems that VXIin allows to read 16 bits or 32 bits data.
If I select 16 bits, I read the channel, but of course it doesn't go far enough.
But if I select the 32 bits option (parameter "width" = 4), the return value is zero, just as if I wanted to read more than I am allowed.
Does anyone have an idea about it ?
