I cannot think of any obvious reasons that this would happen offhand. The only thing I can think of is that you may be trying to read a bad offset. Other than that, we'll probably need some more information to help you out with this. Exactly what is the error you are seeing? Also, what has changed (either in software or hardware) between the time that it used to work and now?
