Paths stored in the .viancfg are stored as relative to the .viancfg. So as long as the relative path between the folders you want to exclude and the .viancfg file stay the same, then things should "just work". Are you finding this not to be the case?

Ok, barring any unforeseen issues these changes to the Reentrant VI Issues test should be in the next VI Analyzer Toolkit release.
