Custom Test Troubleshooting

I am having an issue with a test.  For some reason when I run it through VI Analyzer and find an error it references the front panel instead of the appropriate Queue function on the block diagram.  Can anyone take a look at the test and see if this is a bug or something wrong with the way I designed the test?

Wire the iteration terminal ('i') to the Ref Index of your failure result instead of the total iteration count ('N') that you currently have wired.

Thanks for your help.  I had found that out earlier and thought I updated the folder, but apparently I didn't.  I guess it is one of the problems with developing the tests in one area and making sure they are updated for LabVIEW.
