VI Analyzer test to check for usage of LVLibs.
Checks for case where VI is a member of a LVLib that is not in a parent folder. (The situation where you copied a file from somwhere else and it is still linked to a different LVLib somewhere totally different on disk).
Checks for case where VI is NOT a member of a LVLib, but a parent folder contains a LVLib. (The situation where you probably intended to include that file in the LVLib, but forgot to add it). Can configure how deep to search parent folders (default 4 levels).
