Unable to build/compile FPGA application file in USRP-2954R in LTE Application Framework

I am working on LabVIEW Communication Design Suite 3.0 (LabVIEW NXG 3.1.1). While opening LTE Application Framework, in SystemDesigner layout, the default target device is USRP-2974. Replacing it with USRP-2954R and  building LTE FPGA Toplevel.gcomp on this target device is failed. Is any solution to solve this issue? Another issue comes with Windows 10, the local compiler server is missing.
