USRP support package error to connect to NI USRP2921

Hi, I am running matlab 2017b with NI USRP2921. The USRP support package is installed. I got errors running findsdru, and probesdru('192.168.10.2') from matlab command, and could not Tx or Rx. Anybody can help? Thanks.

Hello,

 

Have you checked the Status field of the returned status of ths function (findsdru) ?

https://fr.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/usrpradio/ug/findsdru.html

 

The function returns an array that contains 4 fields as shown in the link, this status will give you more informations about the problem.

 

I think you should also check the compatibility of your package with your USRP : https://fr.mathworks.com/hardware-support/usrp.html

 

But maybe MATLAB forum could help you more than us to solve this problem.

Thanks, i solved the problem via offical technology supprt.

The reason is that the UHD version is not compatible.

Using an older version of UHD,such as the UHD-3.9.LTS.
