Hey Joseph,

Wouldn't this be reliant on the IQ rate and modulation scheme used?  To calculate the data rate, you would take your IQ sample rate and multiply it by the number of bits per sample (dependent on modulation scheme).  For instance, if I was using binary phase shift keying the data rate would be equal to the IQ rate because we are getting one bit of information per sample.
