USRP 2940R Can't connect to PC via PCIe-8371

Our USRP 2940R cannot be detected by our PC. It is not listed on the "Device Manager". Also, the PCIe-8371 lights up to a green color briefly (under 1 sec) when I start up the PC but then it goes to a solid amber color.
Note: I installed the driver properly as it was all working days ago, then after a few days when I tried to run it, it suddenly isn't recognized by our PC and can't be seen in its Device Manager.
