Hi, I am working with LabView (windows10). I am trying to connect the USRP-2901 device but it can not be detected by the Ni-USRP Configuration Utility.

What version of NI-USRP?

 

Try running this utility and see if you can see it:

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\NI-USRP\utilities\uhd_find_devices.exe

Could you try to install NI-USRP 19.0 instead of 19.1?
