I've downloaded the vi from the Software-Defined-Radio GPS-Simulation USRP LabVIEW and downloaded the required toolkits for labVIEW 2019 (modulation kit v20 & GNSS v3) but it tells me that I am missing "niGPSAttribs.rc". I've looked around to see where I can get this file, but I have had no luck. I feel like I am missing something extremely obvious like a missing driver or an outdated toolkit. If anyone could let me know what exactly I am missing or doing wrong please let me know.

Can you tell me how and where you downloaded the toolkit from ? I want to see if the toolkit is even supported in LV 2019.
Do you have an older version of LV in your computer?
Do you see any presence of the GNSS Toolkit being installed on your machine ? That is, do you see any other GNSS VIs etc. ?
