Measuring PAPR of USRP2920 transmitter using PXIe-1078

I'm using NI USRP 2920 to transmit and receive information bits. The following is the Simulink Block diagram of my transmitter side:

Right now, I'm using MATLAB's Simulink in order to simulate the transmitter and receiver model. I wanted to calculate Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) of the transmitted signals (and also received signals later on) using NI PXIe-1078. Is it possible to do so? If so, can anyone guide me the steps required to do so?
