I am now using two USRPs (NI 2920) as the QPSK transmitter and receiver using the scripts http://uk.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/usrpradio/examples/qpsk-transmitter-with-usrp-r-hardware.htm... and http://uk.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/usrpradio/examples/qpsk-receiver-with-usrp-r-hardware.html?s.... First, I wonder are these two USRPs share the same IP address which is 192.168.10.2? Second, I do not know where I am wrong as when I use different IP address for transmitter and receiver, I get messy codes which are attached by the screenshots. Do I have to update both USRP firmware and FPGA images and UHD version ( http://uk.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/usrpradio/ug/support-package-hardware-setup.html) Thanks very much

Hi,
I am also facing same problem.
I used a laptop+2921 (TX)
another Laptop+2921(RX)
For the case of transmitter I a using 192.168.10.1 Laptop IP and 192.168.10.2 USRP 2921 IP.
For RX 192.168.11.1 Laptop IP and 192.168.11.2 USRP 2921 IP.
As I have 2 USRP is there any rule to decide which one be transmitter and which on Receiver?
I am using the same procedure as mentioned by Barbara Zhang
As I have two antennas I used one with transmitter (TX1) and Receiver (RX1) am I right?
If there is any video it will be more useful.
Kindly help me so that I can start with transmission
Thanks a lot.

Hi
I got the solution just increase the tx and rx gain

Thanks very much for your kind help, gctripathi ! What I am using is only one laptop and two USRP (Ni-2920). Does it matter if I only use one laptop? Do you mean when you use the two USRPs and two laptops and increase the gain, both the receiver and the transmitter can work well? Would you mind sharing the screenshots of how you configure the laptops and the USRPs with me as I am not quite sure if my connections are right. I just use one USRP to connect the host computer with the Ethernet cable and one MIMO cable to connect both USRPs. Also, I use one antenna at each of the USRP. Thanks very much!

Hello Everyone,
I have the same hardware setup which includes one PC and 2 USRPs N210 which are connected over ethernet. I have the same simulation picture results which Ms. Zhang attached in her post . I have increased the gain but the same results are still achieved. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
Your support is appreciated.
Thanks
