Gnuradio File Source/Sink, how to add them correctly

I have uploaded a file within a string with "Hello World". I have also used this Hello World without Strings. But at the receiver end I can't receive anything. during processing getting and on the other hand at File Sink, I have just uploaded a Blank file, i think it will be updated or overwritten when I will get the signal!!. Please look at the picture, I have showed everything inside this picture. Thanks
